Ayo B. has accumulated diverse experience in finance and customer service, beginning as a Junior Internal Auditor at Capital Express Assurance Limited from May 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities included auditing financial statements and improving compliance processes. Following this role, Ayo served as a Customer & Billing Advisor at Virgin Media and then as a Content & Quality Moderator at Everise, where skills in customer interaction and content verification were honed. Currently, Ayo is a Safety Investigation Specialist at Uber, contributing expertise to safety investigations. Ayo holds a Master's degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos, a BSc in Accounting from Babcock University, and is pursuing further qualifications through ACCA and various payroll certificates.
