Belle Bao

Belle Bao is currently serving as Tax Counsel at Uber, following a diverse legal career that includes roles at prominent organizations such as EY, Deloitte, and Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. They engaged in significant legal externships and clerkships, including positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the United States District Court for The Northern District of Alabama. Belle obtained a Tax LLM with distinction from Georgetown University Law Center and is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at the University of Georgia School of Law. Their expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax planning, and international tax matters.
