Ben Marchi is an Applied Scientist at Uber, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University, followed by a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Michigan. Previously, they served as a Research Engineer at MED Institute, where they contributed to the design of aortic stent technologies and generated intellectual property for multiple patents. In addition, Ben worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University, leading multidisciplinary teams in computational modeling projects, and held various analytical roles at TransUnion within the Global Insurance sector.
