Benji Condie

Benji Condie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Senior Safety Investigations Team Lead at Uber since October 2020. Benji has held multiple roles at Uber, including Community Operations Team Lead and Community Operations Specialist, focusing on providing exceptional service to riders, driver-partners, and restaurant partners while managing escalated requests across critical business lines. Prior to joining Uber, Benji worked as a Marketing Communications Intern at Wasamedia Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included media relations, event planning, creative campaign ideation, and client management.
