Brady Stephens is currently the Head of Experiential Strategy & Integration at Uber, where they lead efforts to elevate brand activations through physical-world experiences that enhance customer engagement. They previously co-founded LOVE ON TOPPER, specializing in custom event signage, and held various roles at McMaster-Carr, including Manager of the Customer Contact Center. Brady gained valuable experience in the early stages of their career with internships at Osei-Duro LLC, Macy's.com, and Anthropologie. They graduated from Spelman College in 2014.
