Candace Graves

Candace Graves is the Director of Community Engagement at Uber, where they focus on social impact and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Previously, Candace held various roles as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State, earning multiple awards for enhancing diversity in recruiting and managing significant immigration initiatives. Candace also served as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Diversey, where they implemented policies that significantly improved employee engagement. They possess advanced degrees from Harvard University and have pursued further education in diversity and inclusion at Cornell University and other institutions.
