Cara Bowen has a diverse background with significant experience in both public service and private sectors. Serving as Chief of Staff for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from January 2008 to December 2014, Cara managed office operations, oversaw legislative tracking, and facilitated communication between constituents and state officials. From January to October 2017, Cara worked as a caregiver, providing health assistance and emotional support to patients. Additionally, coaching roles in girls' basketball for various organizations between 2011 and 2014 showcased commitment to youth development in sports. Cara held the position of Operations Manager at LA Fitness from January 2015 to December 2016, overseeing facility operations and staff management. Most recently, at Uber from November 2017 to June 2020, Cara focused on employee engagement and business operations. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology from Penn State University.
