Carlos Alberto possesses a diverse background with experience in transportation and customer service. From July 2014 to July 2017, Carlos worked at Viação Campo dos Ouros as a Fiscal de Transportes Coletivos, focusing on passenger assistance and operational support. Following that, Carlos joined Avianca Brasil as an Emissor de Passagens from June 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included issuing tickets and ensuring compliance with boarding policies.
