Charit Menon is a Product Operations professional at Uber, focused on enhancing the onboarding and eligibility experience for earners on the platform. Previously, they led risk and regulatory compliance operations for Uber’s rides business in EMEA. Before joining Uber, Charit served as a risk advisory and process improvement consultant at EY, where they conducted audits and developed process improvements for clients across various regions. Charit is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, having completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
