Chirag Shah is currently a Senior Scientist at Uber, focusing on quantifying the growth from loyalty programs through causal inference and experimentation. Previously, Chirag contributed to user growth and engagement strategies at Games24x7, optimizing user journeys and marketing campaigns. At EXL, Chirag led a team managing a substantial retail lending portfolio for a major financial institution in the U.S., delivering impactful remediation projects and machine learning models. Chirag holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and is pursuing CFA Level 1, ranking in the top 10% globally.
