They currently lead the development of Uber's 'Support as a Service' product, expanding its reach across the EMEA region. Previously, Chloe held various positions in marketing and consumer engagement, including roles at Uber Eats and Beiersdorf, where significant achievements included being recognized as Uber Eats’ Top Performer in 2023. Chloe possesses expertise in building scaled sales strategies, operational leadership, and digital marketing, and is dedicated to enhancing customer experience in high-growth environments. Outside of work, they enjoy baking, ballet, and spending time with their Maltipoo puppy, Theo.
