Chloe Hutley is the Head of Talent Channels for Uber in EMEA, where they lead a team focused on data-driven sourcing and talent intelligence to build exceptional teams across 49 countries. Previously, they co-founded and served as Managing Director of Aquila Executive Search, Myanmar's first and largest executive search firm, from 2013 to 2022, combating brain drain by connecting internationally based Myanmar talent with local opportunities.
