Chris Storm

Chris Storm has a diverse legal background with extensive experience in intellectual property and emerging technologies. Storm served as Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Bell Flight from April 2012 to July 2016 and as Senior Counsel and later Legal Director for Intellectual Property and Autonomous Mobility & Delivery at Uber between July 2016 and December 2022. Prior legal roles include Associate at Baker Botts, Judicial Intern at both the U.S. District Court and the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas, and Legal Assistant/Courier at Lawyer's Aid Service. Additionally, Storm has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Houston Law Center.
