Cielo Llinás

Cielo Llinás is a seasoned executive recruiter with extensive experience in the EMEA and APAC regions. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Recruiting at Uber since September 2022, Cielo previously held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Executive Recruiter. Prior to Uber, Cielo worked at Spencer Stuart from December 2015 to October 2021, advancing from Analyst to Senior Associate, specializing in recruiting and assessing senior-level talent for multinational clients. Cielo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and an MBA from the University of Amsterdam.
