Cindy Rodríguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, quality assurance, and customer experience across various sectors. Beginning with Procter & Gamble, Cindy built a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management from April 2009 to November 2014. As co-founder of Booya Mexico from November 2014 to February 2018, Cindy honed business acumen through strategic oversight and operational management of an e-commerce venture. Recently at Uber, Cindy has advanced through several roles, including Program Manager for Global DX Policy & Process Strategy and Regional Program Manager for Digital Experience in Latin America, focusing on standardizing support policies and enhancing customer experience through AI and automation. Cindy holds an MBA from EGADE Business School and has pursued further education in Internet businesses and advanced management, including leadership training at Harvard Business School.
