Clara Affeld

Clara Affeld is currently serving as Counsel for Privacy & Cybersecurity for Latin America at Uber. Previously, they held the position of Partner at Silveiro Advogados, where they focused on Data Protection and Intellectual Property Law. Clara undertook internships at CMT - Carvalho, Machado e Timm Advogados and the Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica, where they gained experience in litigation, arbitration, and anticompetitive behavior investigation. Clara's education includes a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the same institution, as well as participation in programs at Harvard Law School and Universidade de Lisboa.
