Constance C. is a seasoned content design professional with extensive experience in leading and managing UX content teams. Currently serving as the Content Design Manager at Uber since April 2021, Constance oversees a global team of 11 UX Content Designers focused on enhancing consumer and merchant experiences across various platforms, including Uber Eats and Uber for Business. Previous roles include Senior Content Designer at Shopify, Product Content Designer at the Government Digital Service, and Content Designer at Brand42. Constance began the career as a Creative Copywriter at Pull Media and has also gained experience as a Copywriter at RE-UP and a Creative Intern. Constance holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Warwick.
