Cooper Miller

Cooper Miller is the Head of Tech Recruiting for EMEA, currently utilizing their extensive experience in talent acquisition at Uber. From 2017 to 2019, Cooper built a distributed engineering site in Sofia, Bulgaria, leading a team that tripled the site size and established a self-sufficient engineering hub. Prior to this, Cooper was a Senior Manager of Talent and Recruitment at Strive Consulting, where they successfully designed hiring strategies for technology consulting practices. Cooper's career began as a small business owner at Neighborhood Lawncare, where they honed skills in customer service and business management. They continue to pursue a degree in Business, Marketing at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
