Cory Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, operational management, and strategic leadership. At Uber from May 2019 to February 2021, Cory served as the Head of Merchant Support & Scaled Sales, overseeing customer experience strategy, support contact volume, and significant budgets for the US and Canada Uber Eats Customer Experience team. Previous roles at Uber included Customer Experience Program Leader and Senior Program Manager, where large-scale initiatives to enhance customer experience were led in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
