Crystal M

Crystal M is an accomplished Program Manager at Uber since May 2019, overseeing large-scale projects that focus on enhancing business efficiencies and implementing technological advancements. In addition to managing projects, Crystal leads global disaster response efforts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective crisis management. Previous experience includes serving as a Lead Security Analyst, where strategic threats were identified and mitigation plans were developed for operations in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Before joining Uber, Crystal spent nearly 15 years at the United States Department of Defense as a Senior Intelligence Analyst, specializing in counterterrorism and assessing threats to military installations. Additionally, Crystal held the role of Program Management Analyst, responsible for performance evaluation and strategic planning within the organization. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
