Danielle Madden

Danielle Madden possesses a diverse background in program management and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Program Specialist and Safety Investigations Team Lead at Uber since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Support Representative at Uber, Sales Assistant at Shaws Department Stores and H&M, and a Work Placement at the Department of Clinical Therapies at the University of Limerick. Danielle began a career in the service industry as a Waitress/Bar Assistant with Masterchef Culinary Group and as a Carer at Enable Ireland. Educationally, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from Mary Immaculate College, Ireland, and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Limerick.
