David Han

David Han is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Global Membership Operations for Uber's Retail business since October 2024, leading the Global Membership Program, UberOne. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director, Head of Central Strategy & Operations at Nursa, where focus was on connecting healthcare facilities with per-diem clinicians in over 30 states. David's prior tenure at Uber from September 2018 to January 2023 included roles such as Strategy & Special Projects Lead for US Mobility, where key initiatives for the rides business were led, and as Sr Manager for the Transit SaaS Program, launching partnerships with government transit agencies. Additionally, David has directed finance for a NYC-based non-profit, overseeing financial systems and operations, and contributed to business operations and analytics for Burger King, managing multi-billion dollar operations in the Northeast. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Operations and Technology Management from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
