David McNeill

David McNeill is the Global Head of Payroll at Uber, where they enable the team to process global wage and tax payments accurately and efficiently. Previously, David held various roles in finance and payroll at Juniper Networks, including overseeing an expanding payroll team and implementing complex payroll systems across multiple regions. They also contributed to payroll processes and compliance at LinkedIn while rebuilding the global payroll team. David began their career as a Credit & Collections Analyst at TriGem USA, Inc. and holds a BA in Finance from Cal State Fullerton, as well as an MBA in Finance from San Jose State University.
