Dean Young

Dean Young is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, recruiting, and client services. Currently serving as Lead BA at Uber Technologies Inc. since December 2013, Dean manages the operations of eight recruiters and has consistently exceeded sales targets in a rapidly changing environment. As Founder and CEO of DEANZLIST, Dean focuses on connecting startups with mentors and investors. Previously, Dean held significant roles including Director of Operations and Client Services at MMI / SECURE FORCE USA, where operational standards were improved, and Commanding Officer at SECURE FORCE USA, which Dean founded as a certified security and private investigation organization. Dean's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Virtue Group, Search Smart Inc., Object Alliance Corporation, and various consulting firms, complemented by an educational background in Marketing Management from Damelin and foundational education from Durban Boys High School.
