Debajyoti Dasgupta

Debajyoti Dasgupta is a Software Engineer at Uber since July 2023, previously serving as a Software Engineer Intern in mid-2022 where significant contributions included enhancing data storage efficiency and developing RPC APIs. Dasgupta also plays a pivotal role in the Kharagpur Open Source Society as an Advisor and Executive Head since 2019, leading initiatives to promote open source projects and awareness. Additional experience includes event coordination as Event Captain for Inter IIT Tech Meet 11.0, problem-setting as an intern at PrepBytes, and research and internship roles at prominent organizations such as Amazon, CNERG at IIT Kharagpur, and Cuvette, where machine learning applications were a focus.
