Diane Rodgers

Diane Rodgers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Director II of Insurance Legal at Uber since May 2016, Diane leads a global team of lawyers. Prior to this role, Diane was Vice President and General Counsel at AIG Insurance Company of Canada from January 2014 to May 2016, where responsibilities included providing strategic counsel and managing legal operations. Diane also held the position of Vice President at Assurant from 2003 to early 2014, establishing a legal team for international operations. Early in Diane's career, roles included Senior Counsel at The Toronto-Dominion Bank and Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Diane holds an LLM in Dispute Resolution and an LLB, both from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School.
