Donghee Jo

Donghee Jo is an economist and Senior Applied Scientist at Uber, bringing 10 years of data science and economics experience to their work, particularly in program evaluation through causal inference methods. Previously, they served as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Northeastern University, where they conducted research in areas such as political economy and behavioral economics, and received exceptional evaluations for their teaching. Donghee is committed to staying abreast of advancements in data science and has a proven ability to apply machine learning techniques in various projects. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and hold a PhD and an MA in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Duke University, respectively.
