Emily Weissler

Emily Weissler is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and trial preparation. Currently serving as Senior Litigation Counsel at Uber since September 2021, Weissler previously held positions as Litigation Counsel and Associate at Clarick Gueron Reisbaum LLP, where expertise in commercial litigation was applied across various cases in New York state and federal courts. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP with a focus on complex civil litigation, as well as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Brian M.
