Erin Smith

Erin Smith currently serves as the Head of Support Operations for the US and Canada at Uber, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Erin was the Senior Director of Account Management at Concentrix from November 2017 to July 2023. Erin's extensive experience in client services includes a tenure as Vice President of Client Services at HGS (2013-2017) and various leadership positions at Petco from 1998 to 2013, where responsibilities included Director of Global Managed Services and Director of Customer Relations. Earlier experience includes retail management at National Vision Associates and The Buckle, Inc., and roles in communications and media as a Campaign Press Secretary and Reporter-Intern. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Fort Hays State University.
