Fay AlQassar currently serves as the Head of Delivery Sustainability at Uber, having held various leadership roles within the company including interim Head of Rider Operations and Category Expansion Lead for New Verticals in the EMEA region. Fay is also a Member of Top Tier Impact, a global community aimed at promoting sustainable investment and business practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Inovexus, Political and Economic Advisor at the British Embassy, Communication Strategist at Bensirri PR, and Engagement Advisor at the International Monetary Fund. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Education from Indiana University.
