Gem Vanadero

Gem Vanadero is an experienced human resources professional with a solid background in people operations. Currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at Uber since November 2021, Gem has previously held various roles in human resources, including positions as a People Operations Coordinator and Human Resources Business Partner at KMC Solutions, Inc. From August 2016 to March 2018, Gem worked as a People Operations Specialist and Associate at Bridge Southeast Asia. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at SM Supermalls and internships in behavioral medicine, guidance and counseling, and compensation and benefits at notable institutions. Gem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, completed in 2014.
