George Joseph currently serves as the Head of Analytics & Insights at Uber, leading the APAC Analytics & Insights for Community Operations since September 2016. With extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and customer experience optimization, George has successfully managed teams of over 220 analysts, delivering analytical solutions across various departments globally. Prior to Uber, George worked at Snapdeal as the Manager of Operational Excellence and at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited as Assistant Manager Operations. George holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
