Gerardo Soto is a Workforce Management (WFM) executive with over 24 years of experience overseeing large, multi-site, multi-skill contact center operations across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Gerardo has demonstrated expertise in translating data into effective staffing and operational strategies that enhance customer experience and ensure service level agreement attainment. Currently, Gerardo leads Uber’s U.S. and Canada Centers of Excellence and GreenLight network. Gerardo's previous roles include senior positions at STARTEK, Fujitsu Global, Amazon.com, and Concentrix, among others. Gerardo is pursuing a Licenciatura en Ingenieria en Produccion Industrial at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica and has completed two MBA programs.
