Gerardo Soto is a Workforce Management (WFM) executive with over 24 years of experience overseeing large, multi-site, multi-skill contact center operations across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Gerardo has demonstrated expertise in translating data into effective staffing and operational strategies that enhance customer experience and ensure service level agreement attainment.
