Hannah Birch

Hannah Birch is a senior content designer at Uber, where they focus on using words to enhance software usability. Previously, they served as a content strategist at the State of NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where they wrote and edited content while coordinating messaging across channels. They also worked at ProPublica as a production editor, managing a team and overseeing editorial production. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media Studies, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2012.
