Herbert Maas is currently the Global Head of Sales Operations for Uber Shuttle, where they are responsible for the global go-to-market strategy and performance targets. Previously, they held various roles at SurveyMonkey, including Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations, where they led the North America team and managed sales forecasting. Herbert’s experience also includes significant roles at Teleperformance, focusing on Google AdWords sales, and project management at Forum Business Research. They earned a Master of Marketing from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Sport Economics and Communication from Fontys Hogescholen. Outside of work, Herbert enjoys playing soccer and padel, traveling, and scuba diving.
