Hersh Arora

Hersh Arora is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Engineering Manager II for Membership Experience at Uber, focusing on enhancing retention and engagement for Uber One members. Prior to Uber, Hersh held multiple leadership positions at Purpose Advisor Solutions, including Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included building a diverse team and developing technology solutions for financial services, and Manager of Software Engineering, contributing to the successful acquisition of Wealthsimple for Advisors.
