Hyu Lim is an experienced product designer and entrepreneur with a strong background in user experience and product management. As the founding product designer for the US TikTok monetization platform, Hyu Lim led the design of CRM and data tools that facilitated over $15 billion in ad sales. Previous experience includes roles at Uber and Reddit where Hyu Lim contributed as a senior product designer, and a position at Zendesk focused on chat product scalability and user research. Hyu Lim also co-founded SwiftBack, achieving the #1 spot on the App Store and connecting over 50,000 users. Additional experience as a user experience designer at Mercedes-Benz involved designing interfaces for a logistics app. Hyu Lim holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and further pursued architectural studies at the Architectural Association.
