Iantha S. is currently serving as Counsel for Corporate Securities and M&A at Uber. Previously, Iantha worked as a Senior Associate at Freshfields, representing various public and private entities in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Iantha has also held roles such as Corporate and Commercial Counsel at Global Citizen and Associate at Reed Smith LLP, where they provided legal counsel on significant corporate dealings. Iantha gained valuable experience through internships, including positions with the New York City Civil Court and the Office of the New York State Attorney General. Iantha is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Brooklyn Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Stony Brook University.
