Ibrar Javed is a strategic operations leader with extensive experience in marketplace management, customer experience, and product development. They have led significant initiatives in various roles, including as the Country Manager at Uber and the Head of Customer Experience for UberEats in the UK and Ireland. Previously, Ibrar held positions at USAID, Telenor, and Nirala Dairy Private Limited, where they drove operational improvements and analytical projects. Ibrar holds an MBA in Marketing, Operations, and Strategy from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, graduating with Highest Distinction.
