Ivy Hsiao

Ivy Hsiao is currently the Head of Delivery Partners Operations at Uber Eats Taiwan, where they leverage extensive experience in operations and marketing. Previously, they held various roles, including Head of Merchant Experience and Scaled Account Management Lead at Uber, as well as positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Alexanders Steakhouse, and Patina Restaurant Group. Ivy began their career as a Special Events Assistant at USC Marshall School of Business and is pursuing a B.A. in International Relations with a concentration in Global Marketing and a minor in Communication Design at the University of Southern California.
