James Tullbane is an experienced professional with a robust background in law enforcement, military logistics, and cybersecurity. At the Federal Bureau of Investigation, James served as a Supervisory Special Agent, managing the Technical Dive Team and leading significant operations during the January 2009 Presidential Inauguration. James also improved team certification processes and conducted critical surveillance operations while overseeing the Tactical Computer Access Unit. Prior to the FBI, James served as a Captain in the US Army, planning and executing logistics and intelligence operations. Currently, James is the Manager of Physical Security Systems at Uber, leading global technical teams in video security and intrusion detection management.
