Jane Hart

Jane Hart, MBA, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting Operations at Uber since January 2022, where leadership encompasses global accounting operations, managing a diverse team. Prior to this role, Jane was the Vice President and Corporate Controller at ClearPoint Neuro, Inc., overseeing multiple aspects of operational accounting and compliance. Previous experience includes significant positions at Philips, Cisco Systems Inc., MaloneBailey, LLP, and Ernst & Young, with a strong focus on SEC reporting, internal controls, and audit management. Jane holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Henan University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word.
