Jen Shepherd

Jen Shepherd is an accomplished operations and strategy leader with a diverse background in various industries. With experience as Senior Director of Operations at Convoy Inc. and as Sr. Director of Strategy at Kids II, Jen has demonstrated a strong ability to drive revenue and gross margin growth. Previous roles include General Manager at Uber Eats and Regional General Manager for JUMP Bikes & Scooters, along with a tenure as Director of Strategy at PulteGroup. Jennifer's early career included positions at Starbucks and Deloitte, among others, and a finance role at The Walt Disney Company. Jen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Currently, Jen serves as Global Head of Uber Transit since January 2022.
