Joana Marcelino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic management. Since May 2020, Joana has held multiple roles at Uber, currently serving as the Head of Operations for Delivery in Spain, and previously as Marketplace & Courier Operations Lead, Sr Strategic Operations Manager, and Strategic Operations Manager. Prior to joining Uber, Joana worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2016 to May 2020 as a Consultant and Associate. Educationally, Joana completed a part-time Data Science Bootcamp at Le Wagon in 2021, holds an International M.Sc. in Management and Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, and has furthered studies in Finance during an exchange semester at Strathclyde Business School.
