Joanna Lee is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the HR Platform Effectiveness and Service Delivery Lead at Uber since November 2016. In this role, Joanna leads the People Operations HR Shared Services program and has managed employment contractual and offer letter programs. Previously, Joanna was involved in project management for community operations and capacity planning at Uber, as well as serving as a Community Operations Manager, where Joanna oversaw a support team and improved regional communication. Joanna's earlier experience includes working as a Relationship Manager at DBS Bank. Joanna holds an MBA from Esade and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
