Johnny Matioli

Johnny Matioli is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales operations and data analytics, having worked at notable companies such as Uber and Zé Delivery. At Uber, Johnny served as a LatAm Sales Operations Intern, where significant improvements in fraud processes and sales metrics were achieved through data-driven initiatives. Promoted to Strategy and Operations Coordinator, contributions included enhancing operational performance for Merchant Operations across Latin America. Johnny later transitioned to Zé Delivery as a Data Analyst, leading SQL training and conducting analyses to optimize customer loyalty and app features.
