Jugal Dave has a diverse professional background with significant experience in product and business operations management. Starting as a Manager at Reliance Industries Limited from July 2017 to July 2020, Jugal oversaw the Polyester Chips product line. Subsequently, Jugal held various roles at the Aditya Birla Group, including Program Manager for a new jewelry venture and involvement in strategy and planning for Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company, where contributions included a roadmap for asset growth and marketing strategies that notably increased leads and conversions. Currently, Jugal serves as a Business Operations Manager at Uber, focusing on Uber Reserve in India South Asia. Jugal holds a PGDM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
