Julian Yao

Julian Yao is an operator with over 10 years of experience in building zero-to-one products at early-stage startups and scaling programs within large tech organizations in the climate, mobility, energy, and health tech sectors. They served as Chief of Staff and Product Lead at Covera Health, where they improved radiological care for over 1 million members and contributed to reducing misdiagnoses through advanced data science. Currently a Manager of Global Mobility Sustainability Programs at Uber, Julian focuses on decarbonization efforts, building on their past roles, including Product Manager at Uber and Chief Product Officer at Kaluza Japan, where they led innovative energy solutions and partnerships. Julian holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
