Jun Yan is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in research and leadership. They served as a Research Associate at Stanford University from 2011 to 2014, followed by roles as a Fellow at Insight Data Science and Research Assistant Professor at Colorado School of Mines in 2014. Jun held several senior positions, including Senior Data Scientist at AT&T, Director of Data Science at Demandbase, and Senior Manager of Data Science at Stitch Fix before becoming a Manager II in Applied Science at Uber in 2022. Jun is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University and a PhD from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, both ongoing.
