Kalpi Mittal is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in growth and strategy. Currently serving as Director of Growth at Blinkit since May 2022, Kalpi oversees mid-mile logistics and replenishment operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Goldman Sachs from May 2015 to April 2022, where Kalpi progressed from Associate to Vice President, focusing on product management, change management, and quantitative analytics. Prior roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, and IGSA Labs provided foundational skills in customer centricity, securities valuation, and model development. Kalpi holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Additional academic credentials include a Master's in International Management from CEMS, obtained through collaborations with Prague University of Economics and Business.
